RESTORATIVE HEALING
By combining the practices of Reiki and Trance healing, this session promotes total body relaxation and healing. The term Reiki is based in two Japanese kanji (characters). Rei meaning Spirit or Soul and Ki meaning vital energy. Trance healing uses a meditative state of the clinician to channel energy in and around the client. Regardless of your understanding of this energy, it can be felt and changed in various ways. Clients often describe gentle changes in temperature, the feeling of vibrations or just a general sense of calmness during a session. This healing session is safe, natural and simple and can be used in conjunction with all forms of traditional medicine. All healing sessions include chakra balancing and time for post healing discussion.

TRANSPERSONAL HYPNOTHERAPY
Transpersonal Hypnotherapy focuses on inner knowledge and finding our truest self. So much of our lives is spent on autopilot without reflecting on the reason behind our thoughts and actions. During a hypnotherapy session, we allow the conscious mind to relax and the subconscious mind to step forward. The client is fully aware the entire time, will remember the entire session and is in full control of their body and responses. Through this relaxation process a deeper understanding of core issues or recurring events in their life will come forward. This can be used to address trauma, pain, fear and negative habits at their origin. Our unconscious mind holds on to negative emotions and experiences and we are mostly unaware of how this manifests patterns in our daily lives. Through single or repeated hypnotherapy sessions- depending on the goal- the unconscious mind can communicate with the conscious mind to rewrite old patterns and have you living a more efficient and enjoyable life.

PAST LIFE REGRESSION
Prior to a PLR session, we will have an approximately 30 minute clarifying phone call to review the process and prerequisites for this session. The session includes a womb regression and life review in hypnosis. About 20-30 minutes of this time will be utilized to gain more specific background information beyond what was already discussed when you made your appointment. If in person, you will be able to comfortably relax in a recliner and a blanket will be available for your comfort. Virtual sessions are also available in the comfort of your own home. Although not necessary, some people like to bring items from home for in person sessions like an eye mask, or their own blanket and/or pillow. You are welcome to bring anything with you that you believe will assist in your comfort. All sessions are 2-3 hours long.

SACRED SPACE SESSION
Holding space for someone provides a comfortable and supportive environment for the client to discuss hurt, anger, grief or any emotional state they may be experiencing without judgment. This session is an offer of unconditional love and support no matter the client’s need. This session is designed for the client to speak openly without attempts to impact the outcome or change the situation. The outcome of a sacred space session is feeling heard and acknowledged.

SPIRITUAL COACHING
Spiritual coaching is designed to meet the unique needs of the client in the areas of career, relationship, spiritual or personal growth. The coaching process helps a client understand themselves past just their physical self and get to know a spiritual and soul level. Coaching also supports understanding of energy and how to productively interact with the world around you. The outcome of these sessions is a deeper understanding of self and more balanced and fulfilling relationships.
