This session is a guided meditation that allows the client a deep level of relaxation to bring them to a profound understanding of core issues or recurring events in their life.
SACRED SPACE SESSION
A judgment free safe space to allow the client to open up freely about matters on the mind. This session is an offer of unconditional love and support.
Spiritual coaching is designed for the unique needs of the client. We'll discuss the client's situation from a variety of angles in order to plan strategies and next steps.
By simply relaxing, being quiet, breathing and having a heartfelt intention to help another being, you create a sacred space. In this space, all things are possible.
